NOTE #1: Our flash-based eLearning module is used to deliver our compelling and engaging “learn-by-doing” eLearning content. It is highly configurable (options for text-only or text and audio, graphical styles, avatar styles and genres, English or French user-interface, etc.) and was developed using today’s best-practices in instructional design. Its simulation engine makes use of both implicit feedback (context-specific help and changes in the storyline, with over a million unique scenarios per simulation) and explicit summary (with both qualitative and quantitative results and overall instructional advices)....
NOTE #2: The eAssessment tool is a variation of our simulation-based elearning module where the simulation engine is configured to be used in an evaluation context rather than a learning one. This provides organisations with the ability to rapidly construct objective simulation-based assessments that can be utilised to evaluate and benchmark the relational competencies of either existing employees or potential recruits....
